For more information email us at [email protected] or call us at 573-819-JANE (5263).

Q.  I bought a pass. How do I order tickets?

As a pass holder, you will have the opportunity to reserve tickets to any film that has space. Your passcode will enable you to reserve tickets when you log in as well as change your choices as long as there is still space available.

Your tickets will be assembled into a Pass Packet by the Box Office team and held for you at the Box Office. You can pick them up anytime during Box Office Hours.

Q.  I actually bought an Insane Jane Pass.  Doesn’t this come with something extra?

A.  Yes, it does. And thank you for your support! You will have the opportunity to reserve tickets to any film that has available space. You can also get into the “Wait Line” at any venue and get into any film on a space-available basis. We highly recommend getting a ticket beforehand to ensure a seat at the film you want to see.

Q.  Do I need an actual ticket to get into my film even though I have a pass?

A. Yes. Everyone, including volunteers, needs a ticket to get into a film. This is how we tally how many people saw the film, so thank you for your cooperation.

Q.  Is there a map for all the theatres involved in Citizen Jane?

A. Yes, there absolutely is!

The same map is replicated on the lovingly-curated programs for Citizen Jane, so as long as you pick one up before the show starts, you should be able to find your way around.

Q.  I heard a rumor that there are some free events at CJFF…

A.  There are some free events open to pass holders, ticket buyers and the general public.

  • The Annual Citizen Jane Summit will be held on Thursday, Oct. 22-23, in Historic Senior Hall, 100 Waugh Street. It’s free and open to the public.
  • Citizen Jane Film School, Studio A, Helis Communications, 1405 East Broadway, Stephens College campus, October 23, 12-5pm
  • Opening Night Reception, Oct. 23. (You must have a ticket to Opening Night to get in the door.)
  • Art by local artists and the CJ Design team at Venues and Box Office and throughout the festival.  Views are totally free.
  • Kinetoscopes! There are three “Kinetoscopes” around the festival (Box Office at Columbia Foyer and outside Macklanburg Theater) that will loop short films by CJ filmmakers. Step in, close the curtain, and prepare to be amazed.
  • Lots of wonderful entertainment throughout the weekend!
